Lead risk-based internal audit, governance, risk and controls engagements from planning through reporting and follow-up.
Own engagement quality, budgets, resourcing, timelines and profitability.
Present insights and recommendations to senior management, boards and audit committees.
Apply the Global Internal Audit Standards, COSO and technology-enabled audit techniques.
Build relationships with executives and heads of internal audit.
Develop client solutions across assurance areas.
Lead proposals and market initiatives, using emerging risks and regulatory changes to guide client conversations.
Coach and develop team members; manage performance, resourcing and utilization.
Support recruitment, succession and retention.
Strengthen the practice through knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
Ensure compliance with quality and risk policies before any draft or final report is issued.

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, engineering, IT or a related field.
At least 6 years of internal audit experience, including managing teams.
A relevant professional qualification such as CIA, CPA(K), ACCA, CISA or equivalent.
Experience in risk-based auditing, report writing, presentations and senior stakeholder management.
Commercial and project management, stakeholder management and business development competencies.
Leadership, analytical, communication and professional judgment skills.
Resilience, curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
