The role sets up orchestration for the Salesforce team, which builds the platform the revenue org sells on, so that releases land on time and team capacity goes to the highest-return work.
Run the sprint and release cadence, including planning, grooming, demos, retros and release coordination
Keep things moving, help unblock the team, and make sure we follow through on what we commit to
Make the team's workload visible by keeping track of who is working on what and how much capacity the team actually has
Turn stakeholder requests into clear requirements; for an agreed set of requests, be the first point of contact, understand the requester's needs and motivation, and convert them into something engineers and analysts can act on
Report on delivery by keeping stakeholders updated on what was delivered, what slipped and why, and any trends worth attention
Requirements
3+ years in project or delivery management on a technical product or platform team, with real backlog ownership, not task administration
Solid command of sprint and release practice, including handling sprints that go off track
You can sit with a business stakeholder, separate the request from the underlying problem, and write requirements that need one clarification round, not five
Comfort saying no with a reason, including with senior stakeholders
Structured written communication in English
A bias toward async
Experience working with Salesforce, in any delivery or product capacity, is a strong plus (custom objects, flows, validation rules)
Experience as a Salesforce business analyst is a significant advantage, especially gathering requirements for Salesforce changes and writing specs an admin or developer can build from
Familiarity with sales processes and the tools around them, such as CPQ, lead routing, sales enablement and revenue reporting
