Job Description
  • 40 hours per week, 5 days, on 8-hour rotating shifts (call centre operates 08:00 to 21:00, Monday to Sunday).
  • Chat with and support customers in a professional, friendly way.
  • Handle enquiries, requests, transactions, and related admin.
  • Keep customer records accurate and up to date.
  • Work with a diverse international team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow company processes and compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Speak fluent English and conversational Greek.
  • Enjoy talking to people and finding solutions.
  • Are organised, reliable, and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Can work rotating shifts, including some weekends.
  • Be authorised to live and work in the European Union.
  • Have call centre or customer-service experience (great, but not essential).
  • Extra languages such as Dutch, German, French, or Hebrew are a plus.
