Run Safer Gambling chat interactions that follow regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Assess customer behaviour in sensitive conversations and escalate when needed.
Apply jurisdiction-specific Safer Gambling and AML procedures consistently.
Review customer accounts across several internal systems.
Make informed decisions and seek guidance when required.
Keep clear, accurate case records.
Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Adapt to new processes and regulatory changes.
Work with Compliance, Customer Operations, Payments and other departments.

Experience in AML, Responsible Gambling, Compliance or Back Office is an advantage but not essential.
Degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Economics or a related field is beneficial but not required.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Confident decision-maker who can interpret policies and information.
Quick learner who adapts to new systems.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Strong attention to detail and reading comprehension.
