Job Description
  • Manage and schedule social media content across major platforms
  • Create graphics, short videos, reels, and promotional materials
  • Help run digital marketing and paid social advertising campaigns
  • Support brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Assist with website updates, blog content, and basic SEO
  • Support email newsletters and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate advertising activities, media partnerships, and promotions
  • Track engagement and campaign performance metrics
  • Work with the recruitment and business development teams
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in marketing, digital marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Very good written and spoken Greek and English
  • Good understanding of social media and digital marketing trends
  • Basic Canva or similar design tool knowledge
  • Creative thinking, strong communication, and strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Advantage: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Google Ads
  • Advantage: CapCut or similar video editing
  • Advantage: WordPress, SEO, or email marketing platforms; AI marketing tools; basic photography or video production
