Fixed-term, 2-year contract.
Manage and deliver brand-aligned creative work for assigned country and organisational portfolios, from brief through final delivery.
Recommend design approaches and keep quality and technical accuracy consistent across materials and audiences.
Manage design portfolios for 2-3 countries and act as the main design contact for them.
Align on briefs, timelines and expectations, and prioritize multiple projects independently.
Explain design decisions, handle feedback and flag risks or delays early.
Suggest improvements to recurring processes, templates and workflows.

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least five years of professional graphic design experience, including managing projects independently from brief to delivery.
Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Working proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Canva experience is an advantage.
Strong print and digital design skills, including production-ready files.
Solid grasp of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and brand application.
Foundational packaging design experience, from concept to production-ready artwork.
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Open only to Kenyan citizens or permanent residents.
