Develop operational procedures and oversee pre-opening preparations.
Coordinate procurement of operational equipment, supplies, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff ahead of the property's opening.
Coordinate guest experiences, including ranch activities, outdoor dining, and nature walks.
Manage operational budgets, inventory, and facility readiness.
Ensure high standards of service, safety, and operational efficiency.

At least 5 years of experience in hospitality management.
Experience in hotel pre-opening, luxury lodges, or boutique ranch operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
Knowledge of the Gilgil, Naivasha, or Nakuru hospitality market.
Familiarity with property management systems and inventory management tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
