Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming experience
Support Waiter A in taking orders and preparing beverages when required
Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently to guests
Clear and reset tables promptly according to service standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
Assist with restocking of service items such as cutlery, napkins, and condiments
Respond to guest requests in a polite and professional manner
Support the team during large group bookings, events, and special occasions
Monitor guest satisfaction and escalate any issues to senior staff
Assist in setting up the restaurant for service and themed events
Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational procedures

Eagerness to learn and develop within the hospitality industry
Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is an advantage
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good physical stamina and flexibility
Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
Willingness to support across different service areas as needed
Professional appearance and strict adherence to the Company's grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and special events
