Job Description
  • Reconcile and verify operational data with advanced Excel.
  • Prepare KPI and management reporting with careful checks for accuracy.
  • Research companies, topics, and sources across the web and preserve supporting evidence.
  • Coordinate calendars, meeting notes, vendors, and follow-up tasks.
  • Use AI tools to support research and operations while checking the outputs.
Requirements
  • Operations or investment-operations experience with advanced Excel.
  • A track record of accurate reconciliation, reporting, and data verification.
  • Strong investigative research and documentation habits.
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on varied requests.
  • Banking, wealth management, audit, FP&A, or asset-management experience (nice to have).
  • Power BI or comparable reporting tools (nice to have).
