Job Description
  • Support the team for the HR daily tasks: medical certificates management, HR daily requests, HR email inbox management.
  • Employees' file organization; exit documents organization and management (preparation, sending, and follow up).
  • Support the team for the payroll related tasks.
  • 6-month internship starting January 2027 (December 2026 also possible).
Requirements
  • Flexibility and a positive, Yes, I Can! Attitude.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Is a creative problem-solver.
  • Passionate about creating extraordinary service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Be enrolled in a school/university and provide an internship agreement.
  • Fluent in French/Dutch & English.
  • Internship of 6-months.
