Strengthen the evidence, financing and investment case for programmes that improve adolescent girls' wellbeing, leadership and empowerment
Support country offices with costing, cost-effectiveness analysis and sustainable financing strategies
Develop analytical tools and investment cases, including climate-informed approaches
Produce evidence products to mobilize resources, influence policy and scale proven solutions with public, private and philanthropic partners

Master's degree or equivalent in economics, development economics, public policy/finance, statistics, econometrics, data science, environmental economics, international development or related field
At least eight years of relevant professional experience in economic modelling, development economics, public finance or programme costing
Proven experience building investment cases, cost-effectiveness analyses, costing models, financing strategies or ROI analyses for social-sector programmes focused on adolescent girls
Experience translating complex analysis into practical recommendations for governments, development partners or private finance audiences
Experience providing technical assistance to country teams and producing high-quality analytical products
Excellent written and spoken English; another UN language desirable
Strong quantitative skills including econometrics and causal-inference methods
Knowledge of gender equality and adolescent girls' programming desirable
Experience with UNICEF, another UN agency or international development organization desirable
