Review the existing KBDN website and recommend improvements
Create an improved sitemap and navigation structure
Design and build a CMS-based website
Ensure the site works across desktop, tablet and mobile
Apply accessibility best practices aiming for WCAG 2.2 Level AA where applicable
Migrate approved content
Set up basic SEO
Build an administrator-managed performance and learning dashboard
Test and perform quality assurance
Deploy the site, train administrators and provide handover documentation
Provide 6 months of post-launch support and maintenance

Proven experience in website design and CMS development
Experience building responsive, accessible websites
Experience with NGOs, membership networks, development organisations or public information platforms
Knowledge of accessibility standards, website security and data protection
Experience training and handing over websites to non-technical users
At least three comparable assignments completed in the last five years
ICT Authority Accreditation (ICTA-6) and ODPC registration as Data Processor or Data Controller
Open to Kenya-based consultants, web development organisations and digital agencies
