Set and execute the company's financial strategy, advising the Managing Director on performance, investments, risks and growth across Africa
Oversee project financial performance including pricing, costing, tenders, budgets and commercial proposals
Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, financial modelling and management reporting
Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and financing
Maintain financial controls, enterprise risk management and compliance with IFRS, tax and regulatory requirements
Oversee procurement, supply chain and inventory finance to control costs and reduce waste
Provide strategic oversight of Finance, HR and Administration across regional operations
Lead and develop finance, HR and administration teams including succession planning and workforce development

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; Master's preferred
Professional accounting qualification such as CPA (K) or ACCA is mandatory
10-15 years of progressive finance experience
Experience in project-based industries such as construction, interior fit-outs, retail, manufacturing, engineering or equipment distribution
Experience in strategic financial leadership, commercial finance, treasury, FP&A, project finance, risk management and governance
Experience managing multi-country or regional operations, preferably in East Africa
Experience overseeing finance, HR, administration or shared services
Strong commercial judgment, executive stakeholder management and cross-cultural leadership skills
