Run day-to-day processing of client payments, including deposits, withdrawals, card transactions, refunds, chargebacks and crypto payments
Monitor payment flows and spot failed, pending, rejected or delayed transactions
Investigate payment issues and resolve discrepancies with PSPs and internal teams
Perform payment reconciliations and check internal records against PSP records
Keep accurate transaction and operational records
Liaise with PSPs, banks, card processors and crypto payment providers
Escalate payment issues and operational risks to the right stakeholders
Work with Finance, Compliance, Risk and Customer Support
Track PSP performance, success rates and processing times
Follow payment procedures, controls and compliance requirements, and help improve them

Prior experience in payments, fintech, forex, online trading, e-commerce or similar financial services
Hands-on experience with payment processing and transaction operations
Solid understanding of deposits, withdrawals, card payments, refunds and chargebacks
Experience working with PSPs and payment providers
Understanding of payment flows, transaction statuses, reconciliations and investigations
Exposure to cryptocurrency payments is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management
Ability to resolve issues efficiently and communicate well
Comfort in a fast-paced, growing environment
Good written and spoken English
