Handle daily GL work, including journal entries, supporting account reconciliations and following up on overdue accruals
Manage fixed asset tasks, including asset changes and capitalization
Gather and prepare data for internal, external and statistical reports
Process employee expense claims
Prepare internal cost re-invoicing files using accounting data and financial rules
Support month-end and year-end close, including internal and external audits
Meet SLA and internal policy targets consistently
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally
Suggest improvements to record-to-report (RTR) processes
Take on tasks from the Senior Accountant and Line Manager
Cover for colleagues during their absences

Ongoing or completed studies in finance, mathematics, statistics or a related field
Accounting work experience is an advantage
Good Microsoft Office skills
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
A team player with a customer-focused mindset
Very good spoken and written English; other languages are a plus
Eligible to work in Lithuania
