We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team for an upcoming branch. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu to confidently recommend, upsell, and pair food and beverages
Take accurate customer orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
Provide seamless and attentive service to enhance the overall dining experience
Act as the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit
Maintain clear communication with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficiency
Set and maintain clean, well-organized tables with polished cutlery and proper presentation
Uphold high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professionalism
Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or a related field
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced service environment is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills, with strong command of English
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask
High standards of grooming and personal presentation
