This role applies AI to solve real-world Compliance challenges at Exness's Limassol office.
Assist in analysing Compliance processes, systems and data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, improved controls and enhanced reporting
Design and build AI-assisted workflows for recurring analysis, reporting, documentation and knowledge management tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and analytics solutions into existing Compliance workflows
Prepare documentation, user guidance, and best practices to support the adoption and scaling of AI-enabled solutions
Requirements
Degree in a technical field
2+ years of professional experience in a related technical role
Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools to automate workflows, analyse information and improve business processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Comfortable with 8 months contract duration
