As the Trading Operations Manager, you will lead end-to-end projects within the trading division while collaborating with stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
Support end-to-end projects/programs through project ideation by gathering and analyzing data to identify pressure points and develop strategy linked to business goals
Participate in creating and implementing operational plans for agreed solutions, delivering results within agreed timelines
Identify all relevant stakeholders required for project/program delivery
Build professional working relationships and engage stakeholders across the organization
Demonstrate strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence regarding timing, content, and delivery methods
Ensure all project activities from initiation to implementation are professionally documented
Keep documentation updated timely to facilitate governance and provide progress transparency
Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements that are lean and technically feasible, including automation solutions
Support driving operating model and cost optimization solutions aligned with business goals and KPIs
Support development and implementation of process improvements
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify divisional strategy objectives
Conduct market analysis if needed
Provide insights for strategy formulation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives
Monitor progress, identify obstacles, and propose solutions
Ensure all project/process changes are communicated to stakeholders timely
Participate in designing cross-functional communications on key business results
Develop presentations tailored for different audiences with appropriate tone and storytelling
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related fields (business management, strategic management, or others)
Proven 3+ years of working experience in corporate project management
Previous experience in Big 4 companies or consulting houses considered advantageous
Previous fintech industry experience considered advantageous
Strong analytical and data analysis skills
Excellent internal, written, and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities
Resilience to work across multiple projects and balance workload
