Collect, process, and analyze data to generate actionable insights supporting data-driven decision-making across the Client Relationships & Service Division. The role involves identifying trends, uncovering patterns, causal inference and creating visualizations or reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, driving improvements in operations, strategy, and performance.
To define/improve metrics representing the product's performance and operations efficiency
Collect data from multiple sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
Clean, organize, and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis.
To search for inefficiencies and suggest solutions
To assess solutions through backtesting, A/B testing and modeling
To know well the data landscape and collaborate with Data Engineers to improve it

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience in data science.
Comprehensive understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, visualization and ML packages).
Expertise in machine learning and math modeling, enabling analysis and interpretation of data for informed decision-making.
Strong proficiency in causal inference methods and a proven track record of A/B test design and result interpretation.
Hands-on experience building ML models.
Experience with Spark (nice to have)
Experience with Metabase and Grafana (nice to have)
Experience working in Agile environments or collaborating with development teams (nice to have)
