Full-time remote/work-from-home position suitable for candidates in Cyprus or within the GMT+2 time zone; 40 hours per week in rotating shifts.
Serve as the link between customers and the company, handling queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Guide customers from start to finish with a tailored experience, and perform other reasonable ad hoc duties for the Customer Service department.
Promote and sell company products and services by phone.
Generate and follow up on sales leads to meet sales targets.

A genuine enjoyment of helping customers.
Previous customer service experience, in retail or hospitality.
Previous retail sales experience is a plus, and comfort with commission-based pay is welcome.
An interest in technology, mobile phones and the internet.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and rotating Saturdays, within the call centre's opening hours.
Fluency in both Greek and English.
