Job Description
  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and confectionery to a high standard
  • Take orders efficiently and keep products well presented
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Recommend and sell products based on customer needs
  • Upsell and cross-sell to enhance the customer experience
  • Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
  • Keep the store, service areas and displays clean
  • Restock products and monitor basic inventory
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Work with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • Retail, café or similar experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English required; Greek is an advantage
  • Friendly, approachable and positive attitude
  • Strong customer-handling skills
  • Sales-minded and confident with upselling and cross-selling
  • Team player with attention to detail
