Executive strategy and execution: translate CEO priorities into action across Group companies, track implementation, coordinate cross-functional work, and prepare dashboards and updates.
Executive office leadership: run the Office of the CEO, manage schedules and deliverables, keep the CEO and leadership team aligned, and track action items.
Strategic communications: draft and review executive correspondence, speeches, board papers, and proposals, and keep messaging consistent with brand standards.
Stakeholder engagement: coordinate with government, development partners, investors, multinationals, and universities, and prepare briefing materials.
Project and portfolio management: oversee strategic initiatives from planning through delivery, monitoring milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Executive intelligence and research: research AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation, public policy, and market trends, and produce actionable insights.
Governance and operations: support board and leadership meetings, handle sensitive information confidentially, and strengthen operating rhythms.

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, law, international relations, communications, computer science, engineering, project management, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
At least 7 years supporting C-suite executives, founders, or senior government leaders.
Experience in technology, consulting, financial services, multinationals, or high-growth companies is highly desirable.
Strong strategic judgment, communication and stakeholder management skills, discretion and emotional intelligence.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, project management and data tools, and AI productivity platforms.
Interest in AI and Africa's digital future.
