Design, build, and operate the cloud platform for Documo's document processing and fax products, including AI/ML infrastructure.
Own how code moves from pull request to production.
Keep production healthy and scale the platform securely.
Treat infrastructure as a product.
Provide strategic technical direction for the business.
Architect, develop, and maintain the software product catalog with Product and other stakeholders.
Ensure technology meets standards for reliability, security, and scalability.
Maintain technical documentation and procedures.
Research and implement new technologies that improve internal operations.
Implement requirements for IT, information security, and compliance programs.
Provide escalated technical support to customers and internal stakeholders as needed.
Spend up to 10% of time on customer-facing work, mainly escalations, connectivity and integration discussions, and security reviews.
