Own the design process end-to-end on flagship projects, from research through prototyping and final delivery.
Maintain a high craft standard, from individual interaction patterns to the design system.
Build detailed prototypes that help teams make better decisions.
Use AI across the design lifecycle for exploration, prototyping, and front-end work, and show the team how to do the same.
Work with design leadership, product, and engineering on complex, cross-cutting areas.
Support consistency across the consumer experience alongside other designers.
Advocate for user-centered design across the company, including with executives.
Set design standards and processes that raise quality across the organization.
Mentor designers through craft feedback.
Help define how the design system should evolve.

A track record as a senior individual contributor on complex consumer products.
Deep UX/UI expertise, with shipped work at significant scope and quality.
Experience working at the product strategy level.
Exceptional attention to detail in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
Strong communication skills for working with product, engineering, marketing, and executives.
Proficiency with modern design tools and fluency in front-end development.
Comfort using AI tools across research, exploration, prototyping, and workflow.
Genuine interest in financial products and improving people's financial lives.
