5+ years of experience designing web products and digital experiences.
A portfolio showcasing strong web design work: marketing pages, landing experiences, or product web interfaces.
Proficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of components and design systems.
Experience with modern web design tools such as Framer or Webflow is a plus.
Strong visual design sense with an eye for typography, layout, and motion.
Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Skilled at understanding the technical impact of design choices for web.
Self-directed, with the ability to take ownership of the design process.
Strong UX focus and a deep understanding of human behavior.
A continuous learner, eager to grow both personally and with the team.
Proactive, confident, and effective communicator, able to present work and articulate design decisions across stakeholders.
