Job Description
  • Based in Limassol with up to two work-from-home days per week after induction; potential path to partnership.
  • Perform KYC and client due diligence
  • Ensure AML, CFT, and sanctions compliance
  • Screen clients for PEPs and sanctions matches
  • Prepare client review and risk-assessment reports
  • Monitor adherence to AML rules and internal policies
  • Report compliance matters to the Compliance Officer
  • Advise on regulatory implications of internal policies
  • Help administer the Internal Control Management System
  • Coordinate with other departments on compliance
  • Develop compliance training materials
  • Support the Corporate Department with filings and document review
  • Draft agreements, resolutions, and corporate documents
  • Assist with general company law matters
Requirements
  • Law degree (Bachelor's and/or Master's)
  • Cyprus Bar Association membership and MLCO certification
  • About 2–3+ years in AML, KYC, and/or compliance
  • Knowledge of EU and Cyprus AML/CFT and sanctions legislation
  • Basic understanding of Cyprus company and corporate law
  • Experience reviewing and drafting legal documents
  • Excellent written and spoken Greek and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
