Job Description
  • Review and negotiate commercial contracts for Spain and LATAM
  • Advise on Spanish employment matters, including litigation, contracts and internal policies
  • Draft and review corporate governance documents
  • Research regional laws affecting the video game industry and monitor compliance
  • Support local litigation and work with external counsel
  • Provide legal input to Finance, HR, Localisation and Facilities
  • Coordinate with teams across Europe, LATAM and the US in different time zones
Requirements
  • Fully qualified senior lawyer under Spanish law
  • Extensive in-house or law firm experience advising international companies
  • Experience with complex commercial transactions and contract negotiation
  • Strong grounding in commercial law and contract law
  • Strong employment law focus and ability to advise HR
  • Experience with corporate governance and entity management
  • Business-minded, able to manage multiple tasks and work across locations
  • Flexibility to work across time zones
  • Interest in the games industry
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken
