Monitor DAS and WiFi performance, traffic and RF signal quality, including 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz bands
Perform scheduled firmware and software upgrades on controllers from vendors such as rXg, Ruckus, Meraki and Aruba
Coordinate operations, administration and maintenance schedules, and keep site documentation and network maps current
Run backup and restore procedures for network configurations and databases
Manage escalated property cases, assess the technical impact of proposed changes and lead root cause analysis after outages
Support DAS deployment crews, dispatch field service and guide technicians remotely
Diagnose equipment failures, connectivity problems and RF interference, and work with vendors on complex issues

Working knowledge of 802.11 protocols and high-speed internet access (HSIA) environments
Proficiency with Ruckus SmartZone/Cloud, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Central/ClearPass and RGNet rXg
Understanding of VLANs, DHCP, DNS and IP routing
Knowledge of passive, active and hybrid fiber DAS systems, plus public safety spectrum
Experience with spectrum analyzers and signal generators
Minimum 2 years in a NOC or RF/telecom role
Proven DAS deployment and enterprise WiFi troubleshooting experience
Preferred: CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, CWNA, OEM certifications and iBwave certification
Preferred: HSIA experience in hospitality or multi-dwelling unit environments
Ability to work flexible schedules, including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
