Process payroll tax payments and tax filings accurately and on time
Prepare payroll tax reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
Investigate and resolve payroll tax discrepancies and issues
Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and company policies
Collaborate with U.S.-based clients and internal teams to support payroll operations

Minimum 6 months of experience in Payroll, Payroll Tax, Accounting, Finance, Reconciliations, Auditing, or Financial Operations
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Tax, Payroll, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
English Level: B2+ / C1
Occasional Saturday availability during peak periods (fully compensated)
