Supervising, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets
Maintaining the store's appearance: window displays, merchandising, decoration, and cleanliness, per brand standards
Management of stocks, ensuring continuing stock replenishment in the store, returns and transfers between stores
Responsible for the supervision and control of the cash desk
Providing high level customer service
Handling customers complains
Weekly and daily planning of tasks and administration of staff timetables, according to the legislation
Presenting products to clients with a sales focus and an enthusiastic approach, following company specifications and guidelines

Fluent in Greek and English language, both verbal and written
Enjoys and embraces continuous environment
Strong communication and organization skills
Highly self-motivated
Customer service excellency
Have passion for the Health & Beauty Industry
Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
Education within the beauty and/or cosmetic industry will also be considered an advantage
