Monitor operational and tracking systems, flag incidents or risks and send escalation alerts
Compile and analyze information for daily operational reports
Enter and maintain accurate data in Excel, databases and other operational systems
Handle incoming calls and client enquiries and route them appropriately
Relay incidents and updates to relevant authorities or stakeholders around the clock
Maintain strict confidentiality of client and operational information

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Studies or related field
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and other Office applications
Excellent written and verbal English and Kiswahili; Somali, French or Arabic an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proven discretion with confidential information
Willingness to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operation
