Build the group's learning and development strategy, annual training plans and budgets
Run organization-wide training needs analyses
Create service excellence programmes
Develop leadership, coaching and succession planning programmes
Standardize operational training across departments
Manage the learning management system, training records and compliance
Measure training effectiveness and return on investment
Maintain relationships with training institutions and accreditation bodies

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, HR, Business or related field; Master's is an advantage
Training of Trainers (ToT) certification
L&D certification and professional body membership are advantages
At least 8 years in hospitality L&D including 5 years in a senior training management role
Experience with international or luxury hotel brands and delivering training across multiple properties
Strong skills in service excellence, leadership development, facilitation and stakeholder management
