Handle employment and labour matters from advisory work to litigation and dispute resolution
Advise on workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, organisational change and compliance
Represent clients before courts, tribunals and other dispute forums
Draft and review pleadings, opinions, contracts, policies and other legal documents
Manage client relationships and provide practical, commercially sound advice
Supervise junior staff, manage timelines and billing and contribute to business development

Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in good standing
At least 5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally at a mid-tier or top-tier firm
Strong experience in employment/labour law and/or dispute resolution including workplace investigations
Strong advocacy, drafting, research and communication skills
Client management and team supervision experience
Sound commercial judgement; commercial, regulatory or advisory experience is an advantage
