Ensuring the smooth operation of all shop departments: Bakery, Cook-shop, Confectionery & Coffee Berry
Guiding and supervising existing staff and training new employees
Human resources management (e.g. hiring, time off, performance - training assessments etc.)
Resolving staff and customer complaints/issues
Keeping stock records, preparing orders and checking deliveries
Checking and ensuring conformation to Safety & Hygiene standards
Achieving the shop's monthly budget goals

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Degree in Business Management or in a similar sector
Excellent knowledge of the Greek language, and good knowledge of the English language
Excellent Computer skills
Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Immediate problem resolution skills
Strong teamwork skills
Client service orientation
