Develop and lead Oxfam GB's strategy for engaging cultural figures, influencers and ambassadors
Use cultural influence to raise awareness, drive advocacy and reach new audiences worldwide
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-profile individuals and institutions that lead to impactful collaborations
Position Oxfam as a trusted partner in cultural spaces and ensure its values resonate across diverse communities

Commitment to Oxfam's mission and alignment with its feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion
Experience managing and developing others, including advancing diversity, inclusion and positive workplace culture change
Lived experience of, or evidence of learning and action on, anti-racism and inequalities
Extensive experience in celebrity relations, talent management, public relations, arts and culture or a related field
Proven record of leading teams that engage high-profile individuals and cultural partners to meet strategic goals
Experience developing communications and/or fundraising strategies involving influential figures
Strong understanding of the media landscape, public relations and digital engagement
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with diverse high-profile individuals and their teams
Persuasive written and verbal communication skills
Brand awareness, including brand positioning, reputation management and ethical partnership considerations
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Awareness of and sensitivity to diverse cultural contexts
