Sumsub is expanding Reusable KYB into a dedicated product line and is looking for a Product Manager to own the domain - closing the feature gap between Reusable KYC and KYB, and developing corporate identity wallets, reliance networks and universal business profiles.
Own the Reusable KYB product and be accountable for its adoption and success
Work closely with B2B customers to understand real problems and turn those insights into improvements
Identify and prioritize the work with the greatest impact on usage, value, and customer outcomes
Make product decisions based on clear goals, data, and direct customer feedback
Balance discovery with delivery so the team builds the right capabilities at the right time
Work with engineering and analytics to ship measurable improvements
Shape the product roadmap with the broader Reusable team
Requirements
At least 3 years of B2B product management in RegTech, FinTech, crypto, digital identity, or other highly regulated software
A record of validating customer problems and turning qualitative feedback into measurable adoption
Comfort with backend concepts such as REST APIs, tokens, webhooks, microservices, and digital wallet architectures
Solid knowledge of B2B RegTech, including market trends, competitors, and onboarding friction
Ability to plan multi-quarter strategy and also execute sprint commitments with engineering
Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have: Familiarity with global B2B identity initiatives, such as GLEIF, eIDAS 2.0, VASP/Travel Rule, or accredited reliance KYC/KYB models
Nice to have: Hands-on experience with digital wallet design, credential management, or decentralized identity
