Grow the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and laboratory business by identifying new customers, market segments and opportunities
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and customer training and recommend solutions for laboratory needs
Build relationships with laboratories, hospitals and healthcare decision-makers
Support the sales and marketing team in planning IVD sales strategy and attend customer visits, exhibitions and conferences
Track customer needs, competitor activity and laboratory trends and report market intelligence to management
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and manage the pipeline through to closure
Produce regular sales reports and keep accurate records of customer activity, quotations and opportunities

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution
Registration with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB)
At least 4-5 years of IVD sales experience, ideally at sales manager or senior level
Proven record selling IVD and laboratory products
Experience with technical presentations, product demonstrations and business development
Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship and commercial skills
