We're looking for a Learning & Transformation Lead to help turn new ways of working into everyday habits across the company. This role sits at the intersection of learning, leadership development, change management, and AI adoption.
You'll work closely with leaders, managers, and teams to build practical programs, tools, and operating rhythms that improve execution quality, accelerate adoption, and help people navigate change with clarity and confidence.
Requirements
4+ years in Learning & Development, Change Management, Organizational Development, Transformation, or related field
Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs that resulted in measurable behavior change, not just program completion
Hands-on experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives
Strong practical judgment and execution focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Practical experience using AI in your own work and helping others adopt AI
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have: Experience with M&A integration, post-acquisition scaling, or transformation programs
Nice to have: Familiarity with tools such as HiBob, Confluence, Jira, or similar collaboration and workflow platforms
