Job Description
Lead the North America market for Non-Documentary Identity and Address Verification products within Sumsub's Data Intelligence team, covering mobile driver's licenses, identity wallets, data sources and open banking.
Coordinate new product releases and manage the existing product portfolio
Manage integration partner relationships and look for improvement opportunities
Continuously reduce product costs and implement redundancy options
Work with Sales and Customer Success to grow the customer base, revenue, and retention
Work with Legal and Data Protection on commercial and regulatory challenges
Work with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies
Requirements
Must be based in and work remotely from the United States
Product management experience focused on KYC, compliance, fintech, or digital identity
Solid understanding of identity verification solutions and the market
Excellent English
Strong technical background to work effectively with engineering teams
Skill in managing partner and technology provider relationships
Strong project management skills across multiple projects
Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to have: Technical product management experience (highly preferred)
Nice to have: Spanish at B2-C2 level (a huge plus)
