Job Description
  • We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead our core automation engine for KYC and document verification, replacing manual operational work with intelligent automation, with a major focus on online assisted verification. The role is back-end and efficiency-focused and sits between technical systems, internal teams (mainly Customer Success Managers) and AI-driven automation.
  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for automating manual document processing, covering text extraction, data masking, and fraud or forgery detection
  • Find practical applications for computer vision, OCR, and LLMs/AI agents to structure document data across formats and regions
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for CSMs and Sales, translating their requirements into specifications for ML and backend engineers
  • Support audits and certifications against regulatory requirements and client standards
  • Own prioritization, sprint execution, and delivery to production
  • Define and track metrics such as automation rate, precision, recall, and processing latency, using SQL and internal tools
  • Personally test product behavior, extraction accuracy, and edge cases
Requirements
  • Former software developer, QA engineer, or L3 technical specialist who moved into product management, with 3+ years in PM or TPM roles
  • Solid understanding of API architectures, microservices, automation frameworks, and backend data pipelines
  • Working knowledge of how computer vision, OCR, and LLM prompting perform in practice, including how to evaluate accuracy
  • Proven track record of replacing manual tasks with software in a data-heavy domain such as FinTech, RegTech, or logistics
  • Comfortable writing SQL to analyze accuracy, find edge cases, and measure performance
  • Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment with high autonomy and quick feedback loops
  • Able to explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical colleagues
  • Fluent English
  • Nice to have: Direct experience with document processing, KYC/AML workflows, or fraud detection
  • Nice to have: Practical experience applying LLMs or agents to unstructured data extraction
  • Nice to have: A software development background is a significant advantage
