We're looking for a senior, experienced Product Owner to lead growth phase and take products to the next level to become one of our main revenue engines.
Lead Sheet Music Plus, a direct-to-consumer retail site that offers sheet music to musicians in every genre, at every level from beginner to pro, and Sheet Music Direct, a professional mobile app offering access to over 2.2 million licensed sheet music titles from Hal Leonard and partner publishers.
Full end-to-end ownership of strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
Design the experimentation engine, uncover new revenue streams and subscriptions.

Minimum 5+ years as Product Owner/Product Manager on B2C digital products with subscription or transactional revenue models
Proven monetization track record: pricing, paywall, conversion, subscription funnel with quantifiable revenue impact
People management experience
Strong analytical foundation
End-to-end discovery ownership: framing hypotheses, selecting research methods, converting findings into roadmap decisions
Demonstrated ability to increase delivery speed in existing teams through cycle time reduction without quality loss (using AI tools)
Proactive decision-making with incomplete data
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Works well under revenue pressure
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
